[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the Wheel With It podcast with your host Devon at Wheel With It.
[00:00:03] [SPEAKER_00]: No matter who you are or where you come from, there's a place for you.
[00:00:06] [SPEAKER_00]: On this show, we have real conversations with fascinating people. Let's get into the episode.
[00:00:11] [SPEAKER_02]: Hello, hello, my name is Devon Wieters and welcome to another episode of Wheel With It.
[00:00:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Today, we have Brigham on the podcast. He was a delight to talk to. We talked about leadership.
[00:00:25] [SPEAKER_02]: We talked about the new ebook he's just written. We've talked about his podcast.
[00:00:30] [SPEAKER_02]: We talked about all of the amazing stuff he does. He does so much. I don't know how he sleeps,
[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_02]: but you are going to love him because I certainly love talking to him.
[00:00:39] [SPEAKER_02]: So please enjoy my conversation with Brigham. Hello, hello, welcome to another episode
[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_02]: of Wheel With It and today, I have Brigham on with us today. How are you today?
[00:00:53] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm doing great, Devon. Thank you for having me on the show.
[00:00:56] [SPEAKER_02]: So hello, Brigham. Tell us about yourself.
[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, my name is Brigham Blackham. I'm really grateful to be on the show today.
[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_01]: I also am a podcast host. I have a podcast called Leveling Up with Brigham Blackham.
[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_01]: This of my life right now is how do I add more value to more people?
[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm always looking for those top leaders in industry and business and real estate investing
[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_01]: that want to level up their life, their business through the stories that they tell.
[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_01]: So I'm branding myself as a success story strategist. I love to find those ideas that
[00:01:28] [SPEAKER_01]: open up opportunity, those ideas that don't just seem nice, but their frameworks that allow you to
[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_01]: break through without having to break down. And I'm always searching for breakthroughs.
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_01]: I love leadership. So I'm so glad that we have a little bit of a topic today about
[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_01]: leadership that you want to talk about. I'm so grateful to be on today, Devon.
[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for having the introduction.
[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_02]: You are so welcome. Tell us about how you got into leadership,
[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_02]: Jake, and then we'll go from there.
[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we're going to go there. Okay. Now, when I was in high school, I was part of a multi-level
[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_01]: marketing group that was called Team. Together, everyone achieves more. Basically, every single
[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_01]: month you would get a book, a leadership book, and you'd read it, and then you'd discuss it.
[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_01]: And I absolutely fell in love with leadership and the idea that when you really dive into
[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_01]: leadership, it's about, hey, I'm here to help. It's not, hey, I'm going to tell you what to do.
[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_01]: That's management. Leadership is, hey, come with me. Come along with me as I'm doing this.
[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_01]: You're setting an example. You're being willing to go first. And that's something I love about
[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_01]: leadership is there are so many amazing examples from history that allow you to connect with
[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_01]: people and see how they have those patterns of progress. I love understanding patterns of
[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_01]: progress because when you understand patterns, you can start to follow in people's footsteps.
[00:02:48] [SPEAKER_01]: And leadership, for me, that's where it started was that interest in high school,
[00:02:53] [SPEAKER_01]: but I've never stopped having a desire to be a better leader,
[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_01]: to live up to my own potential and to see the potential in other people.
[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_02]: That's an amazing answer. So what's your favorite leadership book that you've read?
[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_01]: How to Win Friends and Influence People. I literally have it right here. This is one
[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_01]: of my favorite books of all time. Dale Carnegie knocks it out of the park.
[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_01]: If you've never read this book, highly recommend it. I've read this many times.
[00:03:18] [SPEAKER_01]: I think one of the best things from it is actually remembering people's names and being able to
[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_01]: have them indelibly put onto your brain because I used to struggle with that significantly.
[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_01]: But Devin, let me tell you a secret. When you are willing to put other people first
[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_01]: to think, oh, how do I connect with you? How do I remember you? How do I make sure that
[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_01]: you are important enough that I make sure that I stick your name into my brain?
[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_01]: Suddenly, you are a little bit more attractive to other people because you remembered them first.
[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_01]: You took the energy that was required to connect. And that's one of the many lessons
[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_01]: I've learned from this book, how to win friends and influence people.
[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I had one other thing, one of the strategies that I've employed because I was a teacher.
[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I taught Mandarin Chinese and theater in high school before I was an entrepreneur.
[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_01]: One of the things that I had to do because I had 120 to plus students
[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_01]: that I had to learn their names every semester. It's a lot of names, right?
[00:04:14] [SPEAKER_01]: So I use strategies, some from books like that and other strategies to be able to learn how to
[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_01]: learn. For example, here's one. If you meet a brand new person, Devin,
[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_01]: you can say, all right, what is an adjective that person reminds me of or makes me think of?
[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_01]: So for you, daring Devin is the adjective that popped into my head. You're daring,
[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_01]: you're willing to go out there and share your message, your insights, your ideas.
[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's very daring. And then you can even attach a
[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_01]: adjective to a physical movement. So you're like, daring Devin. Now I've set an anchor in my head
[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_01]: for what Devin is an adjective. And I'll do my best to remember that little phrase and that
[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_01]: idea. And suddenly we have a deeper connection. Or you could say, all right, Brigham, how am I
[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_01]: going to remember Brigham's name? Brigham Blackham. That's an odd name. Brigham,
[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_01]: you could think of like the underbeard thing with Brigham Young, right? Like Bodacious Brigham. That's
[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_01]: one of my favorite ones. So you think about what is it that's going to help me make an anchor or
[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_01]: a connection or a hook with that name? And suddenly that adds more value because the most
[00:05:19] [SPEAKER_02]: important word in any language is somebody's name. And that is amazing. And daring Devin,
[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_02]: I like that. Thank you. You're welcome. I was going to say Bubbly Brigham because you're very
[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_02]: bubbly. Thank you. About that book, I Love Survivor. And if you don't know, I'm a survivor,
[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm a survivor superfan. I've been watching it for almost 20 years. I took a few years off in
[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_02]: high school because I could barely breathe to the class load. But other than that, I've been
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_02]: watching it every season. They have about a week before when they get to Fiji or whatever,
[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_02]: for what they call pregame. Do your interviews, get your cast photo done, get your individual
[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_02]: cast photos done like your headshots and so a lot of them will bring books and like the iPod to
[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_02]: keep them entertained during the pregame because they're not a lot of talk to anybody.
[00:06:17] [SPEAKER_02]: So people will bring books and the number one book that people bring, the title I hear the most,
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_02]: is How to Win Friends and Influence People. It's because it's a great book. It's timeless
[00:06:27] [SPEAKER_01]: and it's one of those principle based books. There's not a lot of great principle based
[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_01]: books out there that have withstood the test of time. That's one that you read it and you
[00:06:38] [SPEAKER_01]: can understand the story and then the story can be instructive all the way through because
[00:06:43] [SPEAKER_01]: it's based on true principles and I love that. What do you do as far as leadership now?
[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_01]: For me, I think that's a great question. As far as leadership goes, I am a father. I'm a husband.
[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_01]: I have a team of people that I have following me in one of the affiliate marketing groups
[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_01]: that I'm part of. I lead a small team of entrepreneurs. I've got a few virtual assistants.
[00:07:09] [SPEAKER_01]: I've got a virtual assistant and two cleaners as well in my short-term rental business.
[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_01]: So for me, leadership is being the very best version of yourself, being willing to serve.
[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_01]: I think Christ is a perfect example of a leader. It's not, hey, look at me. I'm in front of everybody.
[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_01]: It's come follow me. This is the way. If you need help, here's where it's at.
[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_01]: I think leadership really comes down to being willing to step into the unknown. Oh man,
[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_01]: Elsa just came into my head. Anything? No, my kids love that show. Oh my goodness. I have four kids,
[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_02]: three little girls and one boy. Oh gosh, I am so sorry for how many times you've seen Frozen.
[00:07:49] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I've probably only seen it a couple dozen times. It's fine.
[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_01]: What's about your podcast? Absolutely. So my podcast is called Leveling Up with Brigham Blackham.
[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_01]: I invite people that are business top leaders and real estate investors to come and share
[00:08:03] [SPEAKER_01]: patterns of progress. I invite them because I am learning and I'm giving my audience an opportunity
[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_01]: to connect. One of my favorite things about podcasting is it gives you an opportunity to
[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_01]: connect with other people's audiences and to add value and get ideas out there.
[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_01]: One of the things that's impactful while I've been doing this, I started my podcast last
[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_01]: October and my first episode aired in January. And then since January to today, I've done
[00:08:29] [SPEAKER_01]: 82 episodes, been very consistent getting episodes out there. My minimum was one time a week,
[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_01]: but often I was able to get multiple podcasts in a week. And when you have a focus on adding value
[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_01]: to other people, I do my podcast not for me. I do my podcast to create connections with
[00:08:48] [SPEAKER_01]: my audience to the speaker and to give opportunity and to create opportunity. It's
[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_01]: really important to have the opportunity to talk with students and to give them an opportunity
[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_01]: to learn and to grow. But it's another to provide opportunity. And I think leadership is about
[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_01]: creating opportunity and making that opportunity something that many people see and then want
[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_01]: to participate in. So how do we create opportunity for people? There's so many different
[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_01]: ways. Smiling at someone, there's the simplest way to create an opportunity. So yesterday,
[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_01]: I was at the gym and I had somebody think that I was somebody else. He smiled at me, he said,
[00:09:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Hey Derek. And I was like, my name is Burgum, but I need to get to know you. Thank you for
[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_01]: for introducing yourself. And we got to know each other. His name was Brad. And I just thought,
[00:09:38] [SPEAKER_01]: You know what? We created an opportunity because you're one relationship away from
[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_01]: changing the rest of your life. You're one smile away from being able to make a
[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_01]: connection with someone. And that smile allows you to start a relationship. You never know when
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_01]: someone needs that little smile and it can be that simple opportunities can be created by adding
[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_01]: value and say, Hey, you know what? Let's do a podcast together. This is an opportunity for
[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: you to meet my audience and meet your audience. This is one stage or one platform.
[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_01]: There are so many different ways that the start of that question. But if you want,
[00:10:11] [SPEAKER_01]: I can go a little bit longer. You want to go a little farther on creating opportunity?
[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. Okay. So one of the other ways you can create opportunity is by elevating your mindset,
[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_01]: your skill set and your tool set. Every time you read a new book, every time you listen to
[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_01]: a new audio program, every time you think about something that is impactful,
[00:10:29] [SPEAKER_01]: you are raising your vibrations, you're raising your ideas. And with higher thought comes
[00:10:35] [SPEAKER_01]: more opportunity because you start to create the opportunity. I remember in college there were
[00:10:40] [SPEAKER_01]: times when I thought, Oh, am I ever going to be able to be cast as a professional actor?
[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_01]: And it was very small as far as the type of opportunities that I had in
[00:10:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Provo, Utah as a graduate of BYU. I was like, man, where do I go to become a professional actor?
[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_01]: And as I've been getting older, I was like, I can use these acting skills,
[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_01]: these performance skills, these communication skills and so many different elements of
[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_01]: business. I can create stages. I can find ways to connect with people. And storytelling
[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_01]: is one of the ways to do that. So it's not just about, is there opportunity already out there?
[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_01]: It's what opportunity can I manifest and create? What stages can I create? What are
[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_01]: ideas that are stuck in my head or stories that are stuck in my head that I need to get
[00:11:26] [SPEAKER_01]: out on paper, that I need to get out into the world? And sometimes it comes down to one
[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_01]: thing. You're ready for this? You ready? Yep. Okay. Asking the question, actually going
[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_01]: up to somebody that may make you feel uncomfortable and say, you know what? I feel like we need to be
[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_01]: friends. What made you successful? Or going out there and saying, what are you curious about?
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Finding something that you're curious about and tapping into that curiosity? Sometimes the very
[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_01]: fact that you're curious, people will give you responses and answers that just blow your
[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_01]: mind. And you're giving them an opportunity to share their insights, their mentorship,
[00:12:00] [SPEAKER_01]: their ideas. And because there is a mutual exchange of value, there is a connection
[00:12:06] [SPEAKER_01]: that's made. So Devin, even right now we're making a connection. We are going to become
[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_01]: better friends because you invited me onto your podcast. That makes sense? Yes. Awesome.
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Hope that answered your question. We definitely could go back to the question. That is amazing.
[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_02]: And that's one of the things that I love about podcasting is you get to hear all these
[00:12:22] [SPEAKER_02]: like perspectives from different people that you wouldn't know where you're from
[00:12:26] [SPEAKER_02]: and it's fascinating. So for sure. Do anything to help other leaders? And if so,
[00:12:32] [SPEAKER_01]: what is that? And how can we? Excellent. So I recently just wrote an e-book. Now, what I did
[00:12:39] [SPEAKER_01]: was the last two years I've been toying around with social media and figuring out what do I need
[00:12:44] [SPEAKER_01]: to do to make this helpful, to make this a reality of being able to make positive impact
[00:12:50] [SPEAKER_01]: in people's lives. So I took a lot of the things that I've learned in different courses
[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_01]: from different mentors, from my own personal experience and failing and getting better
[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_01]: and failing and getting better. And I condensed it into a 36 page e-book all about how to improve
[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_01]: your social media impact. It's not just about, hey, how do I get more followers? Because it's not
[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_01]: just about followers. It's actually about how do I make a positive impact anytime you are online?
[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_01]: It is a digital storytelling platform. It's you sharing a story. It's you saying,
[00:13:19] [SPEAKER_01]: what if the story that I have today can positively affect somebody? It can help them
[00:13:24] [SPEAKER_01]: make a better choice, help them eat more healthy, help them think at a higher vibrational level,
[00:13:30] [SPEAKER_01]: help them connect with God more. Whatever it is that your message is, your message is rooted in
[00:13:36] [SPEAKER_01]: the mess, right? There's difficulty, there's challenge, we all go through it. But when we're
[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_01]: willing to open up and share that message with others, social media is just one stage that you
[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_01]: can do that. Podcasting is one stage being in front of different people. That's just another
[00:13:51] [SPEAKER_01]: stage. There's so many ways, but for me, if I could give something to your audience, it would be
[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_01]: my level and up your social media PDF book, right? That little e-book. And I'd be happy
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_01]: to give you that link and you can opt into my email newsletter and connect with me.
[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and we will put that in the show notes. So go check out the show notes that that's
[00:14:10] [SPEAKER_02]: something you're interested in. You have this step called swap. Can you tell us a little
[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_01]: bit about that? Oh my goodness, this is so good. Last Friday, I was on a podcast with my friend
[00:14:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Al Richards. He has this addiction podcast that is how to overcome addiction. He had hundreds of
[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_01]: episodes and I shared this idea with him. He's, this is going to help so many people. I was like,
[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_01]: I want to help more people with this idea because I felt like it was God blessing me
[00:14:34] [SPEAKER_01]: with this simple concept. So it's called swap. All right? Now every single one of us at some
[00:14:39] [SPEAKER_01]: point in our life are going to recognize I have a habit that I don't actually like or I have
[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_01]: something that's a recurring rut in my life that I want to get out of. It's different
[00:14:50] [SPEAKER_01]: than being in a groove. You're doing the things you want to that's being in a groove. Being in a
[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_01]: rut is man, I just keep falling back into this habit. Maybe it's eating. One of the things
[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_01]: that I struggled with the last year or two was I snacked all the time. I got very large because
[00:15:03] [SPEAKER_01]: of it. I snacked as a little bit addicted to eating. Okay? And about four months ago,
[00:15:07] [SPEAKER_01]: I started really getting conscientious of what is it that I need to do to swap out
[00:15:13] [SPEAKER_01]: this, this addiction of food or I need to do and as I'm working on it and thinking about it,
[00:15:17] [SPEAKER_01]: I went to Detroit and my friend Devon thought, I love this guy. He's my dietitian. He's my coach
[00:15:23] [SPEAKER_01]: for health. He said, let's get really consistent with tracking your food. Let's get really consistent
[00:15:29] [SPEAKER_01]: with exercise and doing the small things. And we cut away a lot of those other distractions
[00:15:35] [SPEAKER_01]: of snacks and I was able to go from 245 pounds down to 211 pounds. Massive shift in my weight.
[00:15:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Whoa, congratulations. Yeah, thank you so much. The reason I was able to do it is because I swapped
[00:15:49] [SPEAKER_01]: out bad things or things that were not helping me achieve my goals for things that were. For
[00:15:55] [SPEAKER_01]: instance, I swapped out television for reading 12 pages per day at least in a book. Swapped out
[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_01]: things like watching a lot of movies because I used to love watching multiple movies a week
[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_01]: to being able to journal. You think about those little tiny changes. Microchanges
[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_01]: can create macro gains. As you think, what are those things that I want to swap out in my life?
[00:16:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I've got four little acronyms or four little words as part of this acronym to help you understand
[00:16:23] [SPEAKER_01]: how to swap things out. The first one is it specific? Are you very clear? This is what I
[00:16:27] [SPEAKER_01]: want to switch out. I want to stop playing video games and start doing what? I want to
[00:16:33] [SPEAKER_01]: stop death scrolling on social media. I'm going to start listening to educational podcasts like
[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Devan's podcast or I'm going to swap out reading comic books that are not helping me
[00:16:45] [SPEAKER_01]: to a personal development book, even if it's only once a week. Number one, that S is specific.
[00:16:51] [SPEAKER_01]: The W, is it worthwhile? If you did this, is it worth your time? Is it good? Is it positive?
[00:16:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Is it uplifting? Is it something that if somebody else came to you and you were talking about
[00:17:02] [SPEAKER_01]: how you spent your day, that it was well invested time? That's worthwhile. For instance, for me,
[00:17:08] [SPEAKER_01]: not just reading random books, reading scripture or reading general conference talks or reading
[00:17:12] [SPEAKER_01]: personal development, reading things that will help me get closer to my goals, that's worthwhile.
[00:17:17] [SPEAKER_01]: And then this A is appreciate. Will you appreciate it yourself in five, six, eight months, 10 years
[00:17:25] [SPEAKER_01]: from now? Will you appreciate the books that you read? Will you appreciate the relationships
[00:17:29] [SPEAKER_01]: that you're rekindled or the relationships that you put yourself into? And then this last one,
[00:17:34] [SPEAKER_01]: you ready for this Devan? This one's good. You ready? Yep. Okay. It is positive movement. Now,
[00:17:40] [SPEAKER_01]: I feel like this is the key. You do not have to go from one to a hundred. You just need to switch
[00:17:47] [SPEAKER_01]: one for maybe two and then two for three and then three for four. Are you getting
[00:17:52] [SPEAKER_01]: incrementally better, 1% better at whatever it is that you want? The world's going to tell
[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_01]: you, Hey, you should do this. You should do that. You should do this. You should do this.
[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_01]: And then eventually you should all over yourself and should is a shame. That is amazing. I think
[00:18:07] [SPEAKER_01]: I've heard that once before. Oh yeah. I don't remember where I heard that, but it's so true.
[00:18:11] [SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to should all over yourself. You want to make sure the shame that is attached
[00:18:16] [SPEAKER_01]: that word is gone. What do I want out of this life? How can you design your life to
[00:18:22] [SPEAKER_01]: uplift and to be a positive source for good? And if you have positive movement,
[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_01]: not positive thought, one of the challenges with the secret, if you ever read that book is,
[00:18:33] [SPEAKER_01]: it's just, I'm just going to think about it. And it's going to come to me. A lot of attraction
[00:18:36] [SPEAKER_01]: really only happens because you are moving towards that thing. Attraction has to do with
[00:18:40] [SPEAKER_01]: action. If you are not acting, you're not taking action. You're not doing the things
[00:18:43] [SPEAKER_01]: to put yourself in that positive movement. Eventually you're not going to do anything.
[00:18:48] [SPEAKER_01]: You'll still be thinking. You'll still be sitting on the couch watching your Netflix.
[00:18:51] [SPEAKER_01]: But I really want this to happen. I'm manifesting it, but the key to it is the action.
[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_01]: Are you taking that positive movement? So swap is specific worthwhile.
[00:18:59] [SPEAKER_02]: You appreciate it and it's positive. There you go. That is amazing. I will take that and
[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_02]: put it on my phone somewhere because that's amazing. So is there anything else that you
[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_01]: want to add before we get off here? Oh my goodness. Guys, I just hope that you find one thing,
[00:19:18] [SPEAKER_01]: one of those dominoes in your life that you may feel like is something you've been waiting for
[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_01]: so that you can knock it down. I'm going to give you something. This is something that
[00:19:30] [SPEAKER_01]: is really important. You ready for it? Yes. Okay. You have been waiting for a sign. You've
[00:19:35] [SPEAKER_01]: been waiting for someone to tell you, you know what? You are worthwhile. You can live
[00:19:40] [SPEAKER_01]: your dreams. You can do the things that matter to you. You ready for this? Oh my gosh. You've
[00:19:46] [SPEAKER_02]: got a piece of paper that says here is your sign. That is amazing. Give yourself permission to live
[00:19:52] [SPEAKER_01]: your best life, to design that line. And I hope today you take a chance on yourself to say what if
[00:19:58] [SPEAKER_01]: I created that possibility where I can live my dreams. I can speak them out loud and I can
[00:20:04] [SPEAKER_01]: enjoy every single moment because we only have today. We only have this moment. You think about
[00:20:11] [SPEAKER_01]: tomorrow, when you get to a tomorrow you are in today. You only have today. So enjoy that moment
[00:20:17] [SPEAKER_01]: and be the best version of yourself that you can. And don't be okay with living a mediocre life.
[00:20:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Live the very best that you can doing the very best with the people that you have. And I
[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_01]: can promise you this as you swap out those negative things for positive, those neutral
[00:20:30] [SPEAKER_01]: things for good things. Eventually your life will be leveled up incrementally here a little,
[00:20:35] [SPEAKER_01]: there a little and you will be a better person and you will thank yourself for it and you deserve it.
[00:20:40] [SPEAKER_02]: You are worth it. That's amazing. I would be more than happy to have you on again because you are
